After working in a typical outpatient physical therapy office for 6 years together, we decided we wanted to create a newer concept that alleviated some of the TIME it takes to do physical therapy or  personal training so more people have the opportunity to achieve a happier, healthier, pain free life.

There are so many people living in our communities who are dealing with health issues and pain.  The main reason why clients do not start or finish physical therapy for their condition or pursue personal training is TIME.  Whether it is time involved driving to a clinic, time spent recovering from a condition, or time at the gym just trying to figure out what exercises or routines to perform....TIME is the common denominator.

ActiveFit is designed to be an alternative to traditional clinic based physical therapy or gym based personal training. We bring the clinic or gym to you.  Specializing in superior treatment methods, Jennifer is able to provide the best, evidence-based care to you right in your home. Jessica is able to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle by teaching you HOW to exercise using some of the latest exercise routines available and customized to fit your goals and needs.
